i can’t believe this hotel claims to be four stars—it has no room service, and i had to personally retrieve soap. the swimming pool was clouded with disappointments too, as it was clearly underfunded. i honestly almost gave a good review but just couldn't after missing out on my expected room upgrade—what a tragedy!
