i can’t believe this hotel claims to be four stars—it has no room service, and i had to personally retrieve soap. the swimming pool was clouded with disappointments too, as it was clearly underfunded. i honestly almost gave a good review but just couldn't after missing out on my expected room upgrade—what a tragedy!

Charming hotel with a fantastic rooftop terrace and splash pool, perfect for unwinding after a busy day. The staff exudes warmth, enhancing your stay. Conveniently located near public transport—buses and tram systems easily accessible. Breakfast offers a good selection, though dinner options may feel limited. Had a fantastic time with my friends! The location was great, just a short walk to the center. We explored the local cafes and even went sightseeing at the iconic Alhambra. The staff was super friendly, and the rooms were comfy with good WiFi. Affordable breakfast options were available too.
One downside was the breakfast. it could have been better. The hot items were often cold, which was disappointing.

missingWrote a review on Jun 19spacious roomsregional decorlimited amenities
Spacious rooms featuring unique regional decor stood out, offering comfort and charm. The location provided quick access to key historical centers, making exploration a breeze.
Unfortunately, some amenities missed the mark. the breakfast menu repeated the same cold options daily, and the coffee quality was disappointing. Moreover, the lack of sufficient toiletries left a lot to be desired, as only minimal supplies were provided during the stay. The predominantly closed pool facilities were a letdown, particularly for those hoping to relax in the sun by the water.

great stay with minor improvements needed
The location excelled, allowing us easy access to restaurants and shops. The sauna and jacuzzi were fantastic after a chilly day exploring, providing the relaxation we needed. Our room had a city view that added to our experience, enhancing our overall enjoyment.
Breakfast options felt repetitive at times.
